My group fitness and boxing classes are specifically designed for fat-loss, toning, building strength, increasing endurance, reducing stress, boosting energy, and improving exercise motivation.

My group fitness timetable offers a variety of classes such as Boxing (including women’s only sessions), Toning and Strength Circuits, and Ab Attack workouts.
Sessions are held at various indoor and outdoor locations in and around Bokarina, on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
What to Expect:
After just a few of my classes, you will see and feel an improvement to your cardiovascular fitness, strength, body shape, muscle tone, and health.
In my boxing classes everyone is paired-up and takes turns to box and then hold focus pads. Most people come on their own, so please do not worry if you don’t have a partner to bring – you will be paired with someone of similar ability. Everyone is very friendly and you will meet like-minded people, so my group training is a good way to make new friends too!
In all classes you will receive thorough guidance on correct exercise technique, so safety is always ensured during sessions and so you feel confident when exercising by yourself. My workouts are always different too, so you will stay motivated, while building upon your skills and fitness – which means effectively reaching and maintaining your fitness and health goals.
A high-intensity fun workout to increase your cardiovascular fitness and strength, reduce stress, boost fat-loss, improve muscle tone, and fitness skills. Boxing increases every area of physical capacity – strength, power, endurance, speed, agility, and co-ordination, as well as aerobic and anaerobic fitness. With regular practice, skills improve very quickly. Boxing is also a very mental exercise where focus and concentration are imperative, so it can have similar effects to that of meditation. So boxing really is worth giving a try if you haven’t already!
These small and personalised group fitness sessions are held at Bokarina. Classes consist of partnered boxing rounds using focus pads, full-body conditioning exercises, cardiovascular training, boxing technique, leg work, and core strength training.
Hand-wraps must be worn when boxing (to protect the hands and wrists) – these can be purchased from me, and instructions on how to wrap are provided. Please also bring an exercise mat, a towel, and water. Boxing gloves and focus pads are available for class use, but please bring your own if you have them (wearing your own gloves that fit well, is like having your own shoes!). I offer my own range of fitness equipment for purchase (boxing gloves, focus pads, hand wraps, etc), all at very low prices and which are vegan-friendly. Toning and Strength Circuit:
This personalised small-group workout will improve your overall fitness, physique, endurance, and strength. Sessions include aerobic and resistance training exercises in a circuit format, using body-weight, and equipment such as bands, balls, and free-weights. This class is suitable for beginners to advanced, is 45 minutes, and held at Bokarina. Please bring an exercise mat, a towel, and water. Other equipment is provided.
My Ab Attack sessions are the best way to get your core really strong very quickly, while defining your abdominal muscles, and helping to treat/prevent injury. This 20 minute intense core conditioning workout includes various mat exercises guaranteed to work and sculpt those abs! I cover how to activate your core and breathe effectively, so that you get the most out of every exercise that you do during any workout. Sessions are held at Bokarina. Please bring an exercise mat, a towel, and water. Other equipment is provided.
A basic level of fitness is recommended for most classes, but do not worry if you are a beginner – I will look after you! I am a qualified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, boxing and cardio-kick instructor, and registered nurse, and I have many years of experience training people of all ages and fitness levels, and assisting them to successfully reach their goals. If you are a little apprehensive about group training though and/or are looking to fast-track your fitness or boxing skills, or to target specific areas, a great option is to have some personal training sessions with me.
