My Personal Training will ensure you achieve your fitness and health goals safely, effectively and efficiently. I also want you to gain the tools needed to maintain your goals – for life!

I will motivate and support you, and customise a fitness and nutrition program to your individual needs and objectives. Whether you are seeking slight improvements to your physique and nutrition, or a complete body and lifestyle transformation, my personal training will assist you on your journey.

My Personal Training is available in a 3 session trial, and multi-session or multi-week discount packs. A weekly direct debit payment option is also offered.

Partnered Training is also available, and is a fun and motivating way to exercise with a friend/relative/partner, while also reducing cost. For my current special offers please Contact Us.

Session duration is usually 45 minutes, but 30 or 60 minute time-slots are also possible.

I am based at Bokarina, and also offer a local Sunshine Coast mobile trainer service. Your sessions can be held wherever you choose – at the gym/park/beach, or your home.

Your first appointment is a full consultation, where we will discuss your goals, medical history, nutrition, and any barriers you may have been experiencing in reaching your objectives. Your body composition will be assessed by Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA); using special weighing scales. Some other information may also be gathered to assist in establishing your program, and evaluating your progress. From the details obtained, I will provide recommendations, and will tailor a program to suit your specific goals and needs. Then together we will make a plan of attack! After that….the fun begins!!
